Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the full process take?
Most patients receive their first shipment within 5–7 business days of completing their intake form. Timeline: intake submission (same day) → clinician review (24–48h) → pharmacy compounding (1–2 days) → shipping (2–3 days).
When am I charged?
Payment is only collected after clinician approval. You complete your intake and receive a decision first — no credit card is required until you've been approved and decided to proceed.
What happens if I'm not approved?
If our clinician determines that the requested therapy is not appropriate for your situation, you will not be charged. You'll receive a clear explanation of the decision and are welcome to re-apply if your circumstances change.
Can I speak with a clinician before starting?
The intake form is the primary consultation mechanism. After submitting, your assigned clinician may reach out with follow-up questions via secure message if clarification is needed.
How do refills work?
Refills are authorized by your prescribing clinician at each cycle. You can opt into auto-refill so your next shipment is prepared before you run out, or manage refills manually. Your clinician reviews your case at each refill and can adjust your dose or formulation as needed.
